RECEPTIONIST

We like to enhance our veterinary team with dynamic, motivated, and efficient client care representatives. The official title is receptionist, but the job covers much more than answering phones. To succeed with our office, our receptionists must be energetic, attentive to detail, a team player, and willing to learn on the go. We also expect friendliness and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide the best care to our clients.

Receptionists spend the day on their feet, working with our clients in person and on the phone. Duties include greeting clients, managing appointments, maintaining office records, and acting as a liason between our clients and doctors.

VETERINARY NURSE

Daily responsibilities include assisting doctors with outpatient appointments and surgery, and monitoring ICU patients. Candidate needs to be experienced at drawing lab samples, placing IV catheters, inducing and monitoring anesthesia, taking and developing radiographs, surgical recovery, preparing and autoclaving surgical packs, cleaning and maintaining surgical and hospital areas. Other responsibilities include lab sample prep and reading, taking patient histories, and providing client education.

All applicants must be energetic, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team. A pleasant demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the function of our team.

ANIMAL CARE ATTENDANT

Daily responsibilities include caring for cats, dogs and pocket pets who are boarding or staying in the hospital. Patient care includes feeding, walking, cleaning and giving medications. Additional responsibilities include laundry, general hospital cleaning and maintenance, assisting our nurses, giving baths and other general tasks.

All applicants must be energetic, compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team. A pleasant demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to the function of our team. Some weekends and holidays are required for this position. Applicants must also love to work with animals and not mind getting a little dirty or handling less than pleasant things!

ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN

We are seeing an associate veterinarian to share our vision for top-notch pet care! Candidates must be friendly, energetic, independent, patient-oriented and able to work a flexible work schedule. Ideal applicants will be team-oriented and believe in providing the best evidence-based medicine for each patient. We expect our veterinarians to be attentive to detail and passionate about treatment success. The best fit for our practice will be an applicant who advocates for the patient and believes in client education and empowerment.
